Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal, Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Maestro, Switch and Solo.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Products can be returned free of charge if they are damaged or not what was ordered. Please see our 30 day guarantee for more details.

Q: When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

A: Your order will be dispatched before 3pm on the day of ordering. Orders placed over bank holiday weekend, will be dispatched on the 1st working day after the holiday. If there are any problems with the dispatch of your order, we will endeavour to contact you first by phone and then by email.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A: If you ordered using Royal Mail, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days. Our courier delivery is a next working day service so you should expect your goods to arrive the next working day after the day of shipping.

Q: Will you deliver to a different address to my card address?

A: Yes.

Q: What will delivery cost?

A: Please see our delivery page for delivery costs.

Q: Do you post to BFPO address's?

A: Yes.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: UK, Ireland and the European Union.

Q: Do you do Saturday delivery?

A: Yes, to the UK only. Please select it from the post options menu when you are checking out.

Q: I haven't received my order, what should I do?

A: Firstly log into your account and check the order status. Next call us - we can help!!

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not been dispatched please call to cancel your order. If your order has been dispatched, you can return the goods for upto 30 days. Please see 30 Day Guarantee for more details.

Q: Will I be responsible for return postage if my item is faulty?

A: If your item is faulty, we will pay the postage.

Q: You say you have processed my refund. When will it show in my bank account or on my credit card?

A: Your refund should show on you bank or credit card statement within 3 - 5 working days.

Q: I've seen a pushchair accessory not listed on your site, can you order it for me?

A: Call us, tell us what it is - we will see what we can do!!

Q: Do you have store I can visit?

A: Not yet.

Q: My order has been put through twice what should I do?

A: Call us! We will help you cancel it.

Q: Courier delivery says 'next day' but it's a bank holiday. When will it arrive?

A: If your order was placed on the bank holiday Monday, it will be picked and packed on the Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

Q: I am having trouble logging in to my account, what should I do?

A: If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot Your Password' to be sent a new one. If this fails - call us!

Q: Does the postman always knock twice?

A: Depends on the postman ;-)
