Delivery and Returns

We aim to ship all orders received before 3pm the same day. In the event this is not possible, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of any delays.

Under the conditions of our 30 day no quibble guarantee, you can return any item to us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that you return the items to us in the original packaging and in an unused state. If the error is ours we will refund your postage cost.

Please return the item using a recorded delivery service as you will be able to track the product and ensure it arrives with us safely.

1st Class Royal Mail       £3.95 - UK only

This is a regular 1st class royal mail service and your goods should arrive in 1 - 2 days.

Interlink Next Day Courier       £6.95 - UK mainland only

This amazing Interlink courier service is a next day delivery service with a convenient twist!

You no longer have to wait in all day for your parcel to arrive (often for it to turn up right at the last minute). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Email giving you a 1 hour time slot when you can expect delivery of your parcel. If this is not convenient, you can log in to Interlink and move your delivery to a more suitable time! Brilliant....
