30 Day Guarantee Terms and Conditions.

At Puschhair Trader  we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our no quibble 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item for a replacement or refund.

Conditions.

2. The item to be returned must be in its original packaging with original tags and/or labels in place. Unless the item is faulty, we cannot accept the return of items that have been removed from thier packaging and/or used in any way.

3. If for any reason the item you have bought develops a fault, you can arrange to return it free of charge for a replacement or refund within the 30 day period.

4. If the item delivered is not the item that had been ordered, you can return it free of charge for a replacement or full refund.
