Having been a great success in the United States the company are spreading their wings. Currently sold in Canada, Spain, Portugal, South Korea and Hong Kong, they are moving into the UK, Italy, Australia, Ireland, Sweden and Poland in 2011.
So what is all the fuss about? Well, the Orbit Baby’s G2 has been in development for two years. It is a pushchair that rotates 360 and can be transformed from forward-facing upright, to parent-facing reclined, with just a squeeze of the side levers. You need to take a look at the photos to get the idea and when you do you will wonder why this hasn’t been done before!
Orbit Baby's G2 is a four-piece modular system that includes a pushchair chassis, seat, rocker frame, and carrycot. It is also supported by a complete line of accessories, including: car seat adapter for Maxi-Cosi, stroller panniers, green edition footmuffs, stroller travel bag, and weather packs. Another great feature of this alternative pushchair is that it can be folded, reclined, the footrest extended and the telescopic handlebar adjusted with only one hand.

We are really looking forward to getting our hands on one of these unique and practical pushchairs. Luckily, the Pushchair Trader team are visiting the Kind & Jugend Baby Show in Cologne this week, where the Orbit Baby team are exhibiting. We are hoping to take a good look at this imminent invader and report back with relish. Watch this space!
